Silo Sessions is Seretse's first album recorded at OMI New York when he was attending a composers retreat. All performances were recorded on a Minidisc recorder in the actual silo.

Jazz for Hope 2011 was recorded a few weeks for the concert of the same name.
Ten songs were taken from the set list of the concert and using the same performers in a 10 hour recording session at Harry J's Studios in Kingston, Jamaica the album was recorded old school style with one takes, no overdubs.
